1. Who we are

Padel Ultimate (padelultimate.net, the "Padel Ultimate 2" Garmin Connect IQ app and the Padel Ultimate mobile apps) is operated by Gentle Pine Labs, an independent developer based in Serbia ("we"). Contact: support@padelultimate.net.

2. The service

The Connect IQ watch app is free. A web account is optional and free. Certain web statistics features ("Premium") require a paid subscription. Features that are free never become paid.

3. Purchases

Premium subscriptions are sold as in-app purchases through the app store of your device's platform: the Apple App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android. The store operator is the seller of record for your purchase: it processes your payment and handles applicable VAT/sales tax, and its own terms apply to the payment transaction in addition to these terms. We never see your card details.

4. Subscription & renewal

Premium is billed as a recurring subscription (annual unless stated otherwise at purchase). It renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your device's subscription settings (your Apple account's Subscriptions page on iOS, or Google Play subscriptions on Android); cancellation stops the next renewal and Premium remains active until the end of the paid period.

5. Refunds

Purchases made through an app store are refunded by that store under its own policies: request a refund directly from Apple or Google for the store you bought through. Statutory consumer rights (including EU withdrawal rights) are unaffected.

6. Your data

Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and why. Match data you record belongs to you; you can export or delete it from your account at any time.

7. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service (no unauthorized access attempts, scraping of other users' data, or resale). We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Intellectual property

The apps, site and content are ours; your match data is yours. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the service.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". It is not a medical device; health-related figures (e.g. heart-rate summaries) are informational only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
